Very light weight and has its own bag which makes life easier if you need to carry it somewhere. As well easy to roll up and good to store it after you finished your exercise.
Very important easy to look after its cos you can just wipe it with a wet cloth so it doesn’t get dirty.

I have Fibromyalgia (aka I have chronic wide spread pain; my knees and hips being the worst), so having this extra cushion-y mat has been great. (Lying on side however is not as cushy)
Only downside so far is, it is quite stinky once unraveled. I had it out on our clothes line for a few hours though and it’s much better. Also, if you were buying this because it’s blue, it’s not really. It’s a very light purple. Or at least mine is. But to be honest! I actually wanted a purple mat, so it works out ha-ha
A side note, for whatever reason a sticker was placed onto the writing where the free yoga session is, it was a pain to get off I tell ya. Maybe move it elsewhere next time for future people.
For those who do heavy duty yoga, I don’t see why this wouldn’t be a great mat. It sticks very well! It hasn’t moved around at all for me. Bear in mind I do only do lighter yoga poses ha-ha
Overall a great mat! Would buy again and would recommend!

I surprised her with this as a gift and I have to say it is a wonderful mat. Nice and thick and very supportive, does the job wonderfully and the carrying straps are a bonus and definitely needed.

Customer Review: Honestly, I didn’t expect to love this as much as I did. But I do, let me tell you all about how this mat got my life flipped-turned upside down. Now I’m fairly newish to yoga only a couple of months or so, but I’m a UK 14 so I’m no light floaty cupcake. Previously I had this flimsy little mat that did the job but after a while I noticed how in some positions the fact the mat was so thin meant my joints weren’t supported very well. One day, it dawned on me exactly what I needed, a thicker mat with a nice skin student bill paying price tag. Voila, and they say dreams don’t come true? It seems I stand corrected by this mat. It’s slightly ribbed on top so unlike other mats it’s good for grip without being sore on bare palms and feet. Since it is a thicker, I’ve been able to enjoy the time taken for myself a lot more since I’m not stuck in my head about ankle pain sitting cross legged, or foot pain in downward facing dog etc. As well as comfort in the padding, the foam gives it a malleability which means the mat mauls to your movement, instead of slipping the mat will extend to give you that push back needed for core stability. I never review anything ever, but the world needs to stop sleeping on this gem. Hands down the best thing i bought on Amazon on a complete whim. The only downside is that it doesn’t come in a sunflower yellow 🌻😋 (my favorite color), but alas you can’t have every color under the sun! Overall, I’m very-very happy, and I think you will be too. If you purchase here on amazon you can also extend the year warranty to two years for free on their website. Happy yoga times to all. 😊
